The most intensive collection of rocks and developed climbing routes in the Ouachita Mountains is found at Mt. Magazine State Park near Paris, Arkansas. 90 routes of up to 80 ft. Although Mt.
Magazine is in the Ozark St. Francis National Forest, Mt. Magazine actually is part of the Ouachita Mountain Range rather than the Ozarks.
