This is a photo of the Lunar landscape taken from Apollo 12 from 250 miles above the surface.
Just Kidding! Actually, I wanted to show you the extraordinary texture of the Mill Creek Rock. Not hardly anything to grab hold of. There are two major slabs of this stuff. One is about 100 ft of climbing materiel while the other is about 60 ft.

Rising up at just a little greater than a 45 degrees, this slab is the larger of the two.
We could have used a little longer rope on this rock! This climber is on his way back down with a walking pace rappel.

You can see Mill Creek from the rock. The dark rock against the clear blue water makes for a stark contrast. Truly a beautiful place to be.

With his brand new climbing shoes this young man was turning this rock into a speed climb.

Just little ribs and nubbins to grab!

Lots of routes to choose from!

Almost to the top!
